By accessing or using ABA Unlocked, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are a licensed or aspiring ABA professional, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ABA Unlocked provides an online platform offering clinical resources, documentation templates, training materials, and educational content for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals. We offer both free accounts and paid membership tiers.

Free Accounts

Free account holders have access to a limited selection of resources designated as free content.

Paid Memberships

Paid members have access to the full library of resources based on their membership tier. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate and current account information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account. Each membership is for individual use only.

Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@abaunlocked.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, all sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@abaunlocked.com.

All content on ABA Unlocked — including templates, documents, guides, checklists, and educational materials — is owned by ABA Unlocked and protected by copyright law.

Personal Use License

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our resources for your personal professional practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or share our content with non-members.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our content to create competing products or services, train AI models, or distribute to others outside of your direct clinical use.

ABA Unlocked provides educational and informational resources only. Our content is not a substitute for professional clinical supervision, BACB-approved training, or individualized clinical judgment.

All templates, documents, and resources must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified clinician before use with any client. ABA Unlocked is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on our materials.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose • Share your account access with others • Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to use • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for redistribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. If we terminate your account for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABA Unlocked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or resources. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or emailing you. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
